Core Aeration 

Core Aeration is the first step towards creating a lush and green lawn. We use a mechanical core aerator machine that pulls soil plugs from the earth. These plugs will break down back into the soil within one to two weeks, but not before opening up and loosening the soil.

The main benefit of aerating is to relieve soil compaction which is caused by foot traffic, pets, weather and lawn mowing. Aerating also allows water, nutrients, grass seed, and fertilizer to make their way to grass root zones.

Over-Seeding 

During the aerating process would be the perfect time to apply grass seed. Over-seeding is the process of incorporating new grass seed into an existing lawn.

Over-seeding will thicken grass, reduce erosion, and leave less space for weeds. Newer grass variety’s can improve lawns drought, disease, and prevent insects.
